Those first weeks are a blur of feeds, diaper changes, and very little sleep. I'll help you build gentle sleep foundations from day one, so you can get more rest , and feel confident in what you're doing. And so you can actually enjoy these early weeks instead of feeling like you are just surviving them.

This includes the following:

  • 2x 45-min consultation calls

  • Customized newborn sleep plan

  • Nursery Audit

  • Tips on establishing routines and managing feeding/sleep schedules

  • Ongoing text support for 2 weeks
